Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to the date of arrival otherwise a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. In the event of non arrival 100% non arrival charges will be due. Cancellations must be made via the Active website and will not be accepted by the hotel. The Hotel has 65 Car Parking spaces this is charged at £10 per 24 hours and is subject to availability.
